Description
These elegant long, thin mushrooms with tiny caps are commonly found in Asian dishes, particularly Japanese dishes here in Hawaii. They are traditionally used in soups and stir fries, but are sometimes used in salads. Enoki mushrooms have a crisp texture with a mild, almost fruity flavor.

Oh, I love enoki mushrooms and have taken pics of them before as they are incredibly beautiful... but also delicious, I like to sprinkle them on Asian style soups. Fabulous photo! :-) Maggie
James Temple replied:
Thanks again Maggie, these mushrooms are so beautiful I had to photograph them.
