Description
This morning after tropical storm Iselle passed by, I took this photo of a bird of paradise in my battered yard here on the Hawaiian Island of Moloka'i. Iselle was the first tropical storm in 22 years to directly hit Hawaii. This photo was taken to symbolize the beauty and spirit of aloha on this island despite 60 mph winds and heavy rains.

Thanks Dona, I guess you have to expect a hurricane if you live in Hawaii. Fortunately this time all turned out well for us.
