Description
My favorite way to cook Saint Louis cut pork ribs is to cover them in chopped FRESH rosemary, then sprinkle with powdered garlic, salt and pepper. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees and bake ribs for 1 hour... what could be easier? Serve with baked sweet potatoes (skin on) in the same oven at the same temperature, also make a nice little side salad.
