Description
Edamame are basically boiled soy beans, and are commonly found in the cuisines of Japan, China and Hawaii. In East Asia, the soybean has been used for over two thousand years as a major source of protein. In this country, this addictive vegetable is commonly served at sushi bars and Chinese restaurants. If you have ever had them you know you can't just eat one. For edamame recipes, and hundred of other delicious recipes, visit my food blog at: http://www.tastinghawaii.com/
