Wait until you've tried these Fried Banana Fritters. They are popular all over Asia. Here in Hawaii we use the Apple Banana which has a sweet/sour flavor, similar to apples. The fried batter has to be crispy to compliment the warm banana, then dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with honey, or served with vanilla ice-cream.
